Village of Valley View - Valley View Community Center Solar Project

Expedite Renewable Energy completed a feasibility study for the Village of Valley View. After reviewing the feasibility study the Village of Valley View agreed to move forward with a solar project to help power their recreation center. The 103 kW solar project consists of a 68 kW ground-mounted and 35 kW rooftop mounted system and will provide nearly 30 percent of the electricity for its community center. The ground-mounted system is installed and the rooftop mounted system will be installed by the end of June. The project will be commissioned in July.

Wind in the Woods Farm - Turbine Project

Expedite Renewable Energy completed a feasibility study for Wind in the Woods Farm in Auburn Township. After reviewing the feasibility study, Wind in the Woods Farm decided to invest in a 10 kW wind turbine that will generate nearly 100 percent of its electricity needs. ERE applied for grants to the Ohio Department of Development Advanced Energy Fund and U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development. Both grants have been approved.

Plans are underway to install the turbine.

Case Western Reserve University - Squire Valleevue Farm - Wind Turbine Project

Expedite Renewable Energy performed a feasibility study for Squire Valleevue Farm in Hunting Valley. After reviewing the feasibility study, Squire Valleevue Farm agreed to move forward with a 40 kW wind turbine project to help power their educational facilities and use for educational purposes. We are awaiting confirmation of a grant proposal to the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development to help fund the project. Once confirmation is received we will move forward with installation of the project.

Tom Norton's Residence

Tom Norton lives in Bay Village right on the shore of Lake Erie. Expedite Renewable Energy is working on installing solar and wind on his property.

Arhaus Furniture

Expedite Renewable Energy performed a feasibility study for wind and solar at Arhaus Furniture for its distribution warehouse in the Village of Walton Hills.

Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple

Fairmount Temple, located in Beachwood, Ohio, is one of Cleveland's leading Reform synagogues and one of the premier Jewish institutions in North America. Expedite Renewable Energy is assessing and strategizing ways for Fairmount Temple to lower their electricity usage and consider energy efficiency and onsite renewable energy projects.
