Services Provided:

Your one-stop-shop to assess current electricity usage, strategize a plan for on-site renewable energy production and implement your project from start to finish.

Services are providing in three phases, each one with its own services contract.

PHASE I: assess & strategize

Initial Consultation:

• Gain an understanding of the goals for the company and energy usage
• Discuss potential wind and/or solar renewable energy project(s)
• Tour facility and meet with maintenance supervisor and other applicable staff

Provide Assessment/Feasibility Report, that includes:

• Assessment of current electricity usage by reviewing past 12 months of electricity bills
  
• Recommendations for renewable energy generation wind and/or solar projects
  
• Provide necessary wind study and/or solar radiation report
  
• Evaluate energy production for specific wind turbine(s) and/or solar panel(s) at your specific site
  
• Provide overall project costs for your specific project
  
• Provide complete return on investment report for proposed project
  
• Provide a list of incentives available for your specific project, including grants, tax credits, accelerated depreciation and low-interest loans
  
• Initial findings on zoning and other regulatory agencies for your specific project
  
• Provide overview of Ohio’s energy bill (SB221), renewable energy credits, net metering and carbon credits.
  
• Evaluate options for energy audit and/or energy efficiency projects
  
• Recommendations for next steps and time line

PHASE II:

• Apply for all applicable grants and secure financing/low interest loans from banking institutions
• Soil test for wind/roof analysis for solar
• Applicable engineering reports and drawings completed
• Secure zoning/height variance for specific project
• Solidify all vendors working on the project and negotiate contract for services rendered

PHASE III: implement

• Apply for all necessary permits for project
  
• Purchase equipment and begin construction for project from start to finish
  
• Apply for net metering with utility and negotiate contract
  
• Commission project
  
• Apply with the PUCO to sell renewable energy credits
  
• Finalize maintenance plan
  
• Media/marketing to get wide-spread attention for your project(s)
